    Pros

    They provide training in your job profession. They care and make sure your educated so their customers receive the best service and support as possible.

    Cons

    Balancing work with personal life wasn't easy and the company really didn't care what you had going on in your life, they expected you to be available any time, any day, upon their request. The work load was also not distributed well. Some were seriously overloaded, were some didn't have anything to do and were able to spend time doing personal things during work hours.

    It was good money sometimes.

    Cons

    Watch your back they getting rid of older employees with supposed stupid PIPS and they think that will work.

    German owned company. Very strict.

    Pros

    Good pay, great benefits, set schedule, stable and dependable position.

    Cons

    Such a huge company that you'll get lost in the mix with no room to advance. Terrible communication between employees in other departments. Every decision the company makes takes at least months to follow through with. The workload is exhausting - one person is expected to handle way too much.

    Remember the value of your employees.

    Pros

    Company Organization, great training centers around the world. Good politics. Ethics. Friendship. Good relations around the country. Good support out of the country (US and China)

    Cons

    Salaries needed to be increased. More trainings for all workers and not for only 2 or 3 people to share with others after sometime.
