Pros
Hybrid Remote with some leniency to be fully remote if you meet prerequisites. Adequate compensation for the role (by at least 2022 standard of living). Attentive managers will hear and address concerns as able.
Cons
Processes are inefficient for both the business and customer. One department is meant to fall on the sword for another. One half (imaging) typically gets all the glory and attention, whereas the other (diagnostics) is left to fend on its own and get dragged along. the 3i innovation program is a farce; you'll only be rewarded for suggestions that only save money these days: anything that would actually optimize that *didn't* come from a board meeting is discarded for reasons unrelated to the suggestion. Constant shortages cause high demand for overtime which they offer as paid-voluntary, which may as well just be an assigned shift given it's the usual names putting themselves before the mast. The higher ups tend to sink money into a project for "optimizing" on their own without regard for how it affects us, then asks how it makes us feel, rather than coming to us for suggestions first. Plenty of finger pointing and people left in positions for too long holing back useful progress
