    Great team! Management was supportive. Annual reviews, including pay raises and bonuses were fair.

    High stress. Made too many financial concessions to the clients.

    Pros

    My immediate coworkers are a joy to work with. My supervisor has an open door and is approachable. There is room to grow with Siemens, benefits from day 1 and many perks. Some people can work from home.

    Cons

    Most people commute so more satellite offices or more availability to work from home. My position doesn't allow it.
