    Overtime, you can double or triple your base pay if you put in the hours.

    Cons

    Travel, living out of hotels 9- 10 months a year.

    Management is fair. They respect and treat us good

    Great benefits and outstanding flexibility. Siemens allows you to balance work and family, and also provide programs to help grow you and your family.

    Cons

    Hard to move up, employees rarely leave willingly so you have to jump groups to get major promotions or salary adjustments.
