I have been working at Siemens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent company to work for and with. Glad to be apart of this company. Great technology with a progressive company.

    Cons

  3. "Excellent"

    Pros

Opportunity for growth, great pay, if you work your butt off you get noticed I started as a Service Technician 11 years ago, I'm now a supervisor. I have never had to ask for a raise.Best benefits ever. Great PTO structure. Great Flex hours if needed.

    Cons

Siemens still operates each branch, office, market differently, as if they are still the companies "before"Siemens bought them. Once this is resolved and the entire company assumes a single workflow structure it will truly be the best place to work ever, I don't have a lot of cons, my branch felt that some leadership was lacking so they fixed the issue.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I have is to make all branches work the same way
