    - Nonsense dress code for a people who don't ever see any customers

    Advice to Management

Quit talking about how innovative you are and just start being innovative instead. Also, it shouldn't take well over a week to push app updates.

I worked at Siemens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, health, matching 401k, company vehicle w/ gas card and up to 10% personal use, reimburse tolls and parking. Reimburse you for schooling.
Company provided phone approved for use as primary personal phone as well. Lots of overtime available. Large degree of autonomy.

    Cons

Company consistently stays understaffed. Expect around 60+ hrs/wk of work during summer. School reimbursement only approved for degrees applicable in current position/division or location which reduces opportunities expected from such a large and diverse company with locations globally.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people. Allow them to train more with senior people before booting them out on their own. Need better communication between teams and set more realistic expectations for customers earlier.
