I worked at Siemens as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of variety of talent; lots of opportunities to get to know and regularly interact with foreign (german, mostly) coworkers, and plenty of chances to get to be friends with co-workers outside of work.

    Cons

I wasn't a huge fan of the morning commute, but I was living at my parents' home at the time, so really have no grounds for complaint.

    Advice to Management

Great job being helpful and supportive; I appreciated the variety of tasks assigned to me, and would gladly work for Siemens again in the future, if the opportunity presented itself.

Complete office automation. Having to print a document was rare - everything was electronic!
Ability to work remotely. Wherever my laptop went, that's where my office was for the day.
Flexibility. Hours were flexible to address my life needs and still get my work done.

    Cons

Not many paid holidays - just the majors.
