I have been working at Siemens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good development and learning environment, good interfaces among all Siemens divisions to learn about industry and finance not just finance, very friendly culture and good work-life balance

    Cons

process can be very complicated and length, quite conservative in terms of risk taking appetite, a little bit boring branding style

I worked at Siemens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good transport links.
    Facilities are good.

    Cons

Dress code is suits for no reason.
Company is out-dated and old fashioned.
Runs a Rank and Yank policy to employees- HR enjoy firing people.
The more junior the role the more you are messed around
Inflexible- can't even leave 5mins early for any reason.
Asked to put over £200 of pizza on my own credit card by my boss.
Graduates are cheap labor to them.

    Advice to Management

    Graduates treated very poorly.
    Get rid of the suits.
    Be flexible to employees needs
    Treat employees with respect.
Give them the tools they need for the their job.
