    Pros

    Students and faculty become close due to small class sizes and warm culture. Administration works together to advance the college mission and offer the best possible experience. My department chair held symposiums so faculty and students could learn from each other as it built community.

    Could pay higher to adjuncts

    It had great management team , that lead us to success everysingle day , a happy relaxed enviornment .

    Long hours sitting a chair , rude costumers and repetitveness are cons of the job

    To have a work from home system or upgrade the technology to smoothen out the experience
