I have been working at Sierra College part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working as a lab instructional assistant's at Sierra College as been great. The staff and students are excellent at Sierra College.

    Cons

The one down side to working as a lab; you only work 21 hours as a student instead of 24 hours as a student. Which before sierra college was allowing students to work 24 hours week.

    Advice to Management

The CIS management department is great \.
