    Pros

    Good benefit package, and the average pay

    Cons

    You are asked to write a review on glass door, immediately upon hire. Management does not allow you to do your job, as they think they can do it better. Unhappy employees due to management

    Advice to Management

    You Hire professionals to do the job, but do not respect her opinion. Let them do their job you have some good employees

    I have been working at Sierra Pacific Engineering & Products full-time

    Pros

    The interview process is simple and clear. The final one is meeting with the CEO/Founder. And you will get the result quickly.
    Coworkers there are very nice. Especially the big smile on Joy lights the work day.
    Supervisors value talents and are willing to pay you what you deserve . They are open to new ideas and changes. The founder always stresses that we are not sure that we can make profit this year but one thing we are sure of is that we are gonna change this year. As long as your idea can help people work efficiently, they are open to accept it and will take action on it immediately.
    This is an ESOP company. All stocks is in workers' hands. This year, we are doing a good job and made the greatest month profit in the past years So, we get unexpected bonus because of this. Very nice and flexible policy, isn't it?

    Cons

    More people are working there as SPEP grows; the parking lots within the campus are not enough. Sometimes, you have to street parking.

    Advice to Management

    If we can have more bonus like this year, we will work harder. LOL!

    - Easy in, easy out
    - Some friendly people

    - Stubborn management;
    - Oblivious to problems;
    - Traditional environment (lighten up a little);
    - Employees are definitely viewed as expendables;
    - You rarely feel valued;

    Advice to Management

    - Do less of micromanaging;
    - Have a proper training program in place;
    - Learn to set up your employees for success;
    - Stop favoring people over others;
    - Revamp your whole system, it'll be futile;
