    I worked at Sign-a-Rama full-time

    Pros

Decent place to start a career in graphic design, due to the company obtaining the clients themselves rather than you freelancing. Make sure you get a copy of your work that you would like to add to your portfolio (with the approval of the company).

    Cons

Gets old quick. You feel accomplished at first once you see your work turn into physical signage, but then that fades over time.

    Pros

Other employees were great team to work with

    Cons

Owner is very unorganized. Painter spent more time in Home Depot than in the paint booth.

    Advice to Management

make sure all FT employees get 40 hrs. Paying me 18.00 an hr and I only get 15-20 hrs a week and I'm suppose to be FT is unacceptable. Then don't get mad and hold paycheck because I quit.
