    I worked at Signature Flight Support (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The company's values, leadership, safety culture, technology, and people. At many locations the team members genuinely take customer satisfaction to a whole new level.

    Cons

    Size of the organization sometimes leaves people isolated. Not consistent and sometimes ineffective in company-wide communications. Employees need to be more empowered. Inadequate employee recognition programs.

    Advice to Management

    See my list of cons. Also, work to ensure feedback is delivered promptly to the affected employee. Greater efforts to retain employees following accidents, incidents, or mistakes. Don't be so quick to look at the dollar cost of the incident as your determining factor. Ask yourself whether the employee was malicious in their intent and if they otherwise add value to the team. Be willing to rehabilitate versus terminate.

    Plenty of work, not enough help. Turn over of help to high.

    To many rules. Easy to get terminated

    Buy new equipment. The newest thing there was over 20 years old.

    You meet some awesome people! You can transfer to different locations!

    Cons

    Company doesn't care for employees! Nothing as far as family or any personal life or gain In the company.

    Show more respect and concern for employees! Speak up for employees better pay better staffing

    Pros

    Good hours they could always use some over time when i started off the pay was trash but now that im gone they bump starting pay by 3 bucks its really what you make of it but management are only human they make mistakes too some big ones but hey it was cool while it lasted

    Cons

    Management, equiment was always broke until they tried to upgrade people dont know how to take care of stuff now days

    Y'all need more communication just like any relationship ... stop playing favoritism just like any parent come on now we only human!

     Favoritism
    Always late on raises
    High turnover
    No consistency with a set schedule

    Advice to Management

    Stop showing favoritism treat everyone equal.
    Consistent scheduling
    Management needs to stop having personal conversations with employees keep it professional.
    Fellow policy (managers) stop bending the rules because your a manager!
