I worked at Signature Flight Support full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Most of the people are good, culturally bereft yet they are the first ones travelers meet. Pretty sad.

    Cons

Sexual harassment, Racism, low pay, awful leadership, talent wasting and lack of responsibility. Not engaged with community in ways that represent core values. Bummer.

    Advice to Management

    Be better.

I worked at Signature Flight Support

    Pros

Worked with some great Line Techs and CSR's

    Cons

Low pay, unappreciative customers at times, and horrible management at my particular base (PDK)

    Advice to Management

Stop showing favoritism and promoting people who don't know their job.

I have been working at Signature Flight Support part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Job security and a pay check.

    Cons

Low pay, lack of benefits, lack of performance reviews and pay raises, very little recognition, lots of promises made that are never delivered, no incentive to do anything more than the bare minimum required, high turnaround of employees (due to aforementioned reasons) that require constant training to be given.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with more respect and you'll get a lot more out of them. Give your people the tools and equipment needed to do the job you're asking of them.

I have been working at Signature Flight Support full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A great company to learn and gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. Fairly easy to work your way up if you're open to relocating. You have to want to work here. If you are passionate about aviation and want to learn, this is the place to be.

    Cons

Long hours, constant additions to training that must be complied with, low pay, not so great benefits, HQ is filled with people who have never worked the front line and have zero experience with what is dealt with at the base level

    Advice to Management

Go to every single one of your bases and spend 2 weeks at them. You will quickly realize that they are each very different from one another and cannot be under an umbrella business model. Give your people actually performing the work some credit.
