    I have been working at Signature Retail Services full-time

    Pros

    People are friendly and easy to talk to. Able to request vacation days with no problem. Nice work environment. Team celebrates 3-4 times per year with entire office staff.

    Cons

    Ever changing business. Just need to be ready for constant changes.

    Pros

    When there is work you get lots of overtime. Work is not very often.

    Cons

    2 mishaps & your canned. Don't even give you a chance to show you learned from your mistakes.

    Advice to Management

    Let the work of the employee speak for itself. Don't go by word of mouth. See the work for yourself.

    I have been working at Signature Retail Services (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Was happy when I actually worked or received some sort of communication.

    Cons

    Was hired full time but never received full time or benefits sick pay holiday pay or insurance. Was told they had plenty of work. Would go over months with no work. Bosses were racist rude and did not care if you were broke down on side of road for 18 hours. Changed my hourly pay to project pay without my consent. Was told by supervisor they had no work in my area and bigger bosses do things to push you to quit. Worse job of my 18 year merchandising career. Don't work for this company!

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying to your employees. And if you guys can't treat your employees well. You should lose all accounts and give your business to "The Beam Team" you know that your conning your employees. Why? It's wrong and really messed up.
    And how about some sort of training program. This company has no communication. Don't hire soneone full time if you can't give them full time. I lost my apartment and car because I was hired as a full time employee that never got full time. Thanks respectful employer. Lije a bad relationship .Been reading these other reviews and you say your going to change but you never do.

    This co is a complete JOKE! I was supposed to start working for them, and met up with my supposed supervisor on the 1st day,, she was half an hour late coming from Los Angeles, to San Diego, and she made me wait around a long while, when I was trying to get answers on ins,, pay rates etc,, so I did about an hrs work in store with her, and said I was going to leave, and when she found out more from HR, to get back to me.. Half hour after I leave she calls and says I walked off the job and they dont want to use me, moving forward!!! What a crock of BULL!! Waste of time and energy doing all the paperwork for nothing, only to get kicked to the curb, because I wanted to know all the facts,,, Def dont reccomend them,,,very un profesional!

    ALLL CONS,,,,CON ARTISTS would,nt trust this company for anything.

    Get with the picture,,dont play with peoples Livelyhood!

    Pros

    Flexibility in hours and work schedule. The managers are great with communications. You get to make your own schedule. I love this company.

    Cons

    I honestly do not see any cons beside the expense rate they pay you. I think it should be much higher and should flucuate with todays gas prices.

    Pros

    I love the work that I do, traveling to the big box home improvement stores conducting surveys, merchandizing new product, re-doing the POG for existing product, educating employees of the store about new product.

    Cons

    This is a part-time job, sometimes there is not enough hours to produce the amount of income needed to meet my bills.

    Allows for flexibility
    Decent pay to start, but I did have over 25 years experience
    Good working environment
    Growth opportunities

    Cons

    Responsible for your own electronic devices.
    You don't know who your contacts are.
    Almost zero training.

    Advice to Management

    Met with new hires face to face. Hire a dedicated Trainer or have a Manager Train, not another Merchandiser that has no idea how to train. I worked one day with a Merchandiser that had been with your company three years. He acted as if he was brand new! Did not have a clue what he was doing and had a horrible personality. I left that day having been taught almost nothing. I quit the next day.

    Flexibility, challenging, advancement opportunities, work hard and you'll be rewarded

    Cons

    Some seasonality so there can be slow periods. Need to find additional programs that are in season when others move to their offseason

    Advice to Management

    Keep improving benefits as you have done and try to level off the peaks and valleys in workload.
