I have been working at Signature Worldwide full-time

    Pros

The people and culture at Signature are top notch. They care about their customers and each other.

    Cons

Like many companies, there can be misalignment in some areas. It's a work in progress.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! You do a fantastic job keeping people informed and working on areas that you know need improvement.

I have been working at Signature Worldwide full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Everyone makes a difference. Quarterly employee rallies and monthly senior leadership updates help keep all team members informed of company successes, challenges and direction. A culture of recognizing team members for demonstrating and living company core values. Talented and engaged work force. Many people stay with this company for a long time.

    Cons

Wide range of products can strain resources. Like most companies, trying to do more with less while delivering on customer expectations. This combination adds stress. There can be limited advancement opportunities due to size of the company and the number of longer term employees with the company.

    Advice to Management

    Continue with open communications.

I have been working at Signature Worldwide full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Signature has an incredible culture, great people that support and help each other, and has a mindset and focus on exceeding our customers’ expectations.

    Cons

The size of Signature limits the internal opportunities available for advancement. However, training opportunities and supervisor support enable employees to grow in their career making themselves more marketable.

    Advice to Management

Continue with your focus on the employees and customers. Continue with the open and honest updates provided to everyone in the company.

    Pros

The only pro I can think of is that I no longer work for this company. The environment is one of "mandatory fun," where the senior leadership dictates that you must be a happy employee, or pay the cost.

    Cons

Where should I begin? To start, the entire senior leadership team is out of touch, which is depressing . If you're not a favorite of one of the managers, expect them to make your professional life a living Hell until you quit. The work hours are long, and the company "awards" mean nothing in the long-term. Unless you are absolutely desperate for employment, avoid this company at all costs.

    Pros

worked remote so didn't have to deal face to face with the politics.

    Cons

Major favoritism of some, and believe their lies without checking both sides of the story. Management doesn't practice what we teach. All about customer service and how to treat employees right so they treat customer right. Doesn't happen within the company unless you are a favorite of your manager.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone equally and have understanding of those on the road. Talk work/life balance, but they don't care if you have a life. Expect a lot of weekends and no comp time.

I worked at Signature Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Working remote so not dealing with day to day office politics.

    Cons

Talk about the right things to do, but actions don't match. A lot of micro managing by some managers as well as created unnecessary extra work. Talk about work/life balance, but don't really care if you get it as a trainer on the road.

    Advice to Management

look within and see if you really are doing what you say and treating your employees ethically.

I worked at Signature Worldwide full-time

    Pros

    Small company feel.
Open door policy all the way up to the CEO, COO, CIO and CFO.
    Open to new ideas.
HR and IT are top notch!!

    Cons

Most of the company's clients are in the hospitality industry, and since 9/11 have had challenges with retention.
Making the conversion to an e-learning/social media based delivery, but real strength has always been in face to face class room training sessions.

    Advice to Management

Get serious about profitability. Virtualization and remote work force will go a long, long way. Train employees (especially mystery shoppers) to work from home.
