Pros
- When it comes to your daily tasks you have always the freedom to decide how to do the things, as long as you and reach your objectives. - You can find a place here, when it comes to give new product or processes ideas, and for sure they will consider them. - The offices are in an amazing location, nice and close to the seaside. - The team mates are very nice and there's lots of different nationalities.
Cons
- The salaries and the benefits could be more adapted to the market - It's growing very quick so the communication fails sometimes and it's not clear what the positions are and what the rest of the team is doing. - Big difference between departments when it comes to teleworking, flexible holidays and office - Important decisitions sometimes are not consulted to the workers and communicated late to the rest of... the team.

Pros
Nice name and taking speed, team members are nice and kind, and they put all their heart on the tasks handed down to them.
Cons
Management is inexperienced and has no idea what they are doing. Lack of proper vision and leadership, waste time and energy on meaningless initiatives. Company culture is not about respect. Take advantage of people as the labor market is really bad. Just don't go.

This startup has loads of potential and it´s up to you to decide where you want to take it next! Beers on Fridays, unlimited vacation policy, flexible hours as far as your job is done properly, you're in charge of your business.
Cons
Small team with many different projects, so there can be some overlaps or duplicated efforts, but this happens in any family / startup...!
Advice to Management
Formalize more the processes so they don´t become a hindrance for growth! Apart from this, keep up the good work!

I have been working in the company for more than 5 years, when the company was 5 people working on a table with their own laptops and just a coffee machine. During those 5 years I have seen how day after day the founders and the team have put their heart and soul to forge ahead a project with a very clear meaning, how they have worked day after day to build what Signaturit is today, and above all, to keep the... company's values alive inside all the Signabuddies. There is something that I believe that regardless of any opinion becomes evident in the environment of Signaturit: Signaturit distinguishes itself by being a company where there are no bad people, where everyone, works together, shares feedback sincerely and always constructively, never destructively, and that is the true spirit of a Signabuddy, to build and to not destroy, to help, to improve, and above all, to always try their best from humility and never being mean. Is normal that in a company that has gone from 35 to 90 employees in less than 6 months, things don't work perfectly, hyper-growth is never easy, but with total security Signaturit has a team that every day works hard to always try to do things right, you just need to come here and you will observe the positive energy that the company transmits, and that’s all that matters in Signaturit. The company is full of exceptional professionals here: from the person who has built a culture and a team when the human resources department was non-existent and without resources, to the entire People department, that day after day work hard to bring the best talent to this company and to make everyone happy here , or the technology team, where absolutely all of them are the best and funniest people you'll ever meet, because every inch of this company's departments (Sales, Marketing, CS, etc) is made up by wonderful people, from the founders to the entire team. “Hakuna Matata”, guys ;)

- Grandes compañeros de trabajo, muy buen ambiente, aquí he conocido a mucha gente buena. - Producto innovador, en pocos años todo el mundo lo usará. - Bonita terraza y oficinas, aunque muy saturadas en este momento. - Las actividades de construcción de equipos son muy buenas.
Cons
- Muchas horas de trabajo, sobrecarga de trabajo. - La dirección está desvinculada del resto de la empresa y no hay comunicación entre ellos (antes de la serie A la teníamos). - Mediocridad en las ventas, falta de gestión de personal, ambiente frío e incapacidad para recibir consejos del equipo. - Mala estructura de comisiones y, además, no consigues lo que se promete.
