      I have been working at Signet Jewelers full-time for more than 10 years

      Pros

      Company offers a lot of tools to help Overcome the traffic challenges in retail. The upper field management genuinely cares about their people and invests in them with training on both small and large group settings. Lots of opportunities to advance within the company’s since it is a high promote from within culture.

      Cons

      Retail hours are not as attractive as bankers hours of course. Time Management can be a challenge if you do not have that skill because there is a lot of follow up and support you must give your Team in the field.

        Dealing with nice customers and friendly co workers.

        Cons

        I've read some of these reviews and chuckle to myself. Retail has died down and mall traffic has slowed. This company has done NOTHING but to threaten employees and try intimidation tactics. Their "tools" are phone lists that include the same clientele over and over again. It's harassment! In the private sector business owners will try new forms of advertisement and do whatever it takes.         Management in this company needs to be replaced! There's no adapting to the changing retail environment. On what planet do customers want to be continually called? Certainly not this one!

        full time, benefits options, job stability if you can stand staying

        Cons

        sexism/sexual harassment is common and not dealt with seriously, corruption in management and HR that essentially reports directly to management when complaints are filed, disorganized, more interested in high volume than quality, a lot of empty promises

        Advice to Management

        instead of saying "we are all about empowering women" actually empower women or at the very least make it a comfortable place to simply exist while working for women
