    Negative Outlook

I worked at Sii full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits: private medical care, fruit, once a year integration trip.
Older employees can count on co-financing of certifying ezgamin.

    Cons

Recruitment: You send your CV, and you still need to develop a second version compatible with the company's format (you put the same information !!!!!).
The company wins contracts as a subcontractor. They promise a lot (and yet they do not know what projects will ultimately come to them).
    Average earnings.
Working with one of the superiors for better conditions can count gentlemen.
When working with another supervisor, you can not count on remote work.
The atmosphere of work depends on the manager and the project.
