    Pros

    Great company culture, superb product in a white hot market. Lunch served Monday thru Thursday!
    Great training for both new hires, customers and partners.
    Recent $90m investment from top tier VC.

    Cons

    Explosive growth brings issues for on-boarding, ramping and enabling go to market teams.....champagne problems

    Advice to Management

    Hire, train, enable !

    Pros

    The people - collaborative & innovative team that is friendly & helpful. The benies - great medical, catered lunches M-TH, generous PTO, & 401k. The culture - a great CEO who is a real person & promotes an open, flexible, & creative environment.

    Cons

    Sales leadership - could be better organized and lacks structure.

    Advice to Management

    Now is the time to seize the momentum & improve the sales org to help achieve the desired exit strategy - take this baby public!

    Pros

    Greatest people you'll ever work with! My time here was great and everyone was/is extremely friendly and helpful.
    Free lunch M-Th
    Fully stocked kitchen
    Generous approval for time off
    Easy to talk to managers
    Executive team are all open and do not act like they are above you in the slightest. Easy to get to know people and be excited to come to work here.

    Cons

    None that I can think of

    Keep the great culture as the company continues to grow!

    Pros

    CEO is capable, Engineering is full of smart people, Sales is strong and expanding all the time, the company handled its pivot from WAN OP to SD-WAN, Lunch is supplied almost every day and the product is selling!

    Cons

    Marketing/Demand Generation is plagued by culture issues. If you are not applying to Demand Gen then its a great to fine place to work. If you are applying to Demand Gen - I would skip this place.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the Demand Generation Dept. Incompetent and abrasive.

    Pros

    Good innocent people in the working rank/file, unknowing of bad leadership and product limitations. Good WANOP

    Cons

    Refocused old product to SDWAN because WANOP is decreasing needs and revenue. Re marketing WANOP with SDWAN does not make it SDWAN at core.

    Leadership -
    Ivory tower syndrome from WANOP days.
    Longtime old-school leadership, avoid at all cost.
    Deceptive ethics, forcing customers to buy SDWAN for WANOP needs
    Customers tricked to buying WANOP architecture from decades ago repainted as SDWAN
    Employees kept in the dark on many problems and issues with product
    High turnover of field staff is indicative of bad rubber hitting the road

    Product-
    Limited SDWAN on WANOP legacy architecture.
    Product not as promised
    Not SDWAN but really WANop engine with weak partial SDWAN checklist
    Customers with major issues, millions invested, with problems unresolved past 365 days
    Difficult to deploy or troubleshoot
    Crashes without root cause ever found

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your people
    Take care of your customers
    Take care of yourself
    Do the right thing

    Pros

    Excellent enterprise SD-WAN product.
    Right product at the right time.
    Smart people.
    Many very nice people.
    Decent pay if you're smart and persistent enough to negotiate it.
    I didn't waste my whole life at this place.

    Cons

    Prepare To Be:

    1) Asked to deceive your prospects to close the deal.
    2) Sitting around and waiting for months if you lose your SE or account manager - and wait at your own expense.
    3) Disappointed in just about every way with your sales leadership.
    4) Broke, because sales leadership will steal your large opp right out from under you and you'll never see a dime in commission. They call this "Major Accounts".
    5) Confused because someone immediately above or below in your reporting structure / org has been let go a week ago and nobody bothered to tell you, which is why your emails and calls to that person involved with a certain business process have gone unanswered, and now your deal is slipping.
    6) Uncompetitive as basic features are lacking and new features are barely even half-baked.
    7) Neglected in the field. If you're not at HQ all the time, you're not in the "good ole boys network" and you're likely NOT going to come out on top at this place.
    8) Ready to let this job de-rail your career. No thanks!

    Advice to Management

    Clean your house. Put in some real sales leadership. Quit deceiving prospects. Quit stringing your employees along with empty promises and deluding yourselves. Router replacements require basic features you can't even seem to build after over a year of promises.
