    Pros

Cannot comment on pros at this time

    Cons

Typical company that treats job seekers like trash despite all the lip service that they are different.

    Advice to Management

Your recruitment team has left a very poor impression of your company by first initiating contact with me and then not responding to my e-mail. Overall the approach was also very brash. These people are sales people for your company, i'm not sure they know this.
