    Pros

    The best job I've ever had. I loved the people, working at Six Flags and the massive paychecks.If one is motivated to approach hundreds of people, follow a consistent pitch and close hard, you will be successful.

    Cons

    All markets were shut down (Glassdoor is making me do a review). I miss you all, Tom OPC-Chicago North

    Decent pay Immediate manager was great

    Poor leadership in IT Helped move the office location and then laid off

    Pros

    I can't think of a single pro from working here.

    Cons

    Minimal hourly pay, calling the same "customers" 8+ times per day, all calls are recorded and listened to thoroughly just waiting for a mess up, turnover rate is extremely high, way too loud of an environment for it being a call center (music always blaring).

    Advice to Management

    Care more about your employees and maybe they'll stay!
