    Pros

Great manager, great raises for work done, good pay. Demanding on job completion, keeping up on all sales. Work 40 hours steadily. Good severance package.

    Cons

Working all holidays. Inside promotions are tested to ability for the job.
Didn't like employees for 1 year of service getting same severance package for workers that worked there 10 years.

    Advice to Management

    None.
They all worked well and treated employees fairly at Corporate.

I worked at Silverleaf Resorts part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Base pay plus commission
-Location of shift varied, sometimes got to go out of town to events
-Managers were cool for the most part
-Good sales experience/experience in just approaching people in general

    Cons

-Extremely competitive so coworkers would do just about anything to snub your sale/lead
-Shady company; we were instructed to fib quite a lot
-Customers either loved you or hated your guts due to their previous experience
    -Not the most ethical work
-A lot of the top employees got there by filling their sales pitch with lies which made it more common to get a customer who came screaming at you for "scamming" them

    Advice to Management

Don't let your employees feel encouraged to lie to people about the company just to get a sale or a lead.
