If you work in the USA you do not have to pay any US taxes as long as you give some of your wages back to silverlink

    Cons

Very unprofessional for US citizens but if you are non US citizen this is a great way to get around paying any taxes

    Pros

Friendly, transparent and honest company to grow with and to gain tons of experience. You'll come out a very confident and content person.

    Cons

Growth is completely dependent on merit.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire great folks and uphold all the great values

    Pros

Very relaxing and cool work environment. Feel like you are working with your buddies rather than colleagues. I would advise freshers to start with their carrier with this company. You would get to learn lots of different domains in IT and Business, provided you are hard working and persistent enough.

    Cons

I was really surprised with office politics within the organisation given the fact that we had only 10 people at that point of time. Professionally speaking I wouldn't recommend Addteq to someone who is looking for immediate onsite experience.

    Advice to Management

Please be selective about your recruitment policy and be persistent with employee retention policy. Be honest about your domain and projects with candidates while recruiting. Once you find the right candidates, make sure they stay for longer duration. Its really important for Addteq to have a very good and committed core team.

I have been working at Silverlink Technologies full-time

    Pros

Coworkers were nice. We have to be to actually give the company it’s image. Pressure is there but very supportive manager. One can learn lot of things over here, right from Excel to Communication.

    Cons

Not good if you are more experienced as you cannot expect much growth in long term.

    Advice to Management

While scheduled I would get cancelled a lot within an hour of shift start

    Pros

If you want to mentally harass yourself best place to work. All the good reviews are been posted by Admin guy and not any recruiter or employee, so that they can have more recruiter coming in.

    Cons

They are biggest frauds who doesn't even settle employee's final salary and state that "employee left the company" when the fact is they try to find cons during the notice period and terminate you, so that they can't give you your own harden money. PATHETIC COMPANY EVER!!!!

    Advice to Management

    MANAGEMENT HAVE A SPINE!!
