Pros
Everything , great environment, great pay , hard work
Cons
Seems like a MLM but it’s not
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great opportunity to work with Union class families and protect their legacy.
Cons
18 year olds committing insurance fraud acting like they have skills. Managers stealing books of business from agents by forcing them out. Ridiculous hours to be guaranteed $0. Getting the Bible beat over your head. Being told your not good enough or not as good as other people every day because you don’t work out and read books. Simon wants to be followed, he doesn’t want to lead. Most managers are on testosterone, steroids, adderal, cocaine, etc. No resources when you’re struggling. It just gets worse.

Pros
Good people except back stabbing and betrayal. Good if you want to join a cult and act like a kid who makes a million while not even being able to afford gas
Cons
Long hours, unrealistic expectations and pay, they make u believe that u can become a millionaire while your manger, jimmy marks tell you the sale didn’t go through and then read that it did and then was changed under his name. We wondered why his team left him twice

- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Fast paced, okay management, not for everyone
Cons
Commission only, no sales = no paycheck Feels like you’re switching and baiting people
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
I can’t think of one.
Cons
Fake leadership. Back stabbing management who puts on a smile to their employees but will screw you the minute you slip up. This job ruined my relationship with my girlfriend, gave me high blood pressure, anxiety, etc. I truly don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing how they treat their employees. If your personal life is important to you, don’t work here. You work 8-12 hours a day every single day. Like I said, my life is pretty much ruined because of this job.

Pros
Amazing culture and opportunities for growth
Cons
Long hours but definitely worth it
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Nothing at all whatsoever. RUN!
Cons
Pyramid scheme full of steroid using alpha males who just want to make money. The product itself is a scam. They want you to work 12 hours a day. We were told in one of the management presentations that we weren’t allowed to yawn. They say it’s not cold calls but it is. Don’t know the specifics, but you definitely don’t make the money they say you will. They tried making me memorize 10 pages of a script in just a couple of days. A company solely based on greed and lies. When you look at their reviews on other websites, they’re all fake and misleading made by people who work there.
