    Pros

Simon offers competitive pay and benefits. Their building is beautiful and they offer free parking.

    Cons

I am a hard worker and put in 110% always, but it is expected that employees be available and work 24/7. Work/life balance is hard to achieve. Paid time off is below industry norms.

I worked at Simon Property Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Extremely fast paced company. There is never a boring day. You can gain incredible experience in all channels of marketing.

    Cons

SPG is a publicly traded company, so ebitda is all that matters. Drive up revenue and manage expenses to the extreme. Expect long hours a and working holidays and weekends. Staff is stretched to thin. CEO one of the highest paid in the world.

I worked at Simon Property Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Worked here for the summer as a customer service representative. Competitive pay and nice working facility. New shopping center led to high morale.

    Cons

My coworkers were unreliable and there was heavy turnover on the staff. Customers were disrespectful and you were often understaffed at peak times.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people and maintain the facilities well. Overall, good summer job for a student in high school just looking for pocket money.

    Pros

Good coworkers, great hours, learn a lot here with all the incidents/tasks.

    Cons

Overly pressuring supervisors, low pay, and the feeling of being disposable if a tenant/customer doesn't like you

    Advice to Management

If anything I think management does a good job of working a good tight shift, but I feel they should keep an eye out for relations between their workers.

    Pros

The mall is a great atmosphere and wonderful environment with constant striving shopping places for customers to enjoy. Discount is offered to all employees within the mall at the different shopping stores within the complex.

    Cons

The Pay is low for the work your required to accomplish. Benefits are not as great as they say.

    Advice to Management

If pay was better their would be more motivation from employees to strive and market to businesses more.
