      Pros

They have a ton of work if you want to stay busy. They pay by the task instead of by the hour, but once you start to gain more skill and figure out your niche you will end up making a pretty decent rate per hour of work. If you take it seriously and act like a professional they will start reaching out to you with tasks that they think you would be interested in as well. Work hard, and they'll take care of you. They're also willing to work with you when life throws obstacles your way as long as you are clearly taking your role seriously.

      Cons

I do not have any complaints at all.

We definitely try to keep things running smooth! Taking care of our writers is important to us. We all began as freelancers and understand the uncertainty that comes with freelancing. One of the issues that many new writers have is finding a workflow that works well and benefits them. The fact that you've found your niche is fantastic. Thanks for everything.

        Pros

The admin team has been wonderful, and are always available for questions/support. The writing tasks touch on lots of different topics, which means I get to learn new kinds of writing that I haven't tried before. I love the opportunity to learn/write about things that are new to me.

        Cons

The pay isn't really fair for the time each task takes, particularly for tasks that require a lot of reading to do well. This job is a constant process of "how many hours I should invest to make it worth it but still produce okay quality?" For instance if you take 3 hours to finish a $20 task, you're being paid only about $6.60 per hour. Much lower than a traditional salary.

We value prompt and clear communication with our writers and are happy you find the tasks so enjoyable. Regarding payout, some tasks can be more involved that others. In this case, feel free to reach out to the admin team about reassessing the payout. Having all been freelancers ourselves at one point, we want nothing more than for our writers to be compensated accordingly. Additionally, thank you for the recommendation on the feedback system. We'll note this the next time we update the portal.

A few jobs applications I applied have been sitting for more than 2 months as active status. I even message some of the hiring managers that interviewed me. What is that even mean at this point?

Anyone here interviewed for a designer or any other role at PwC? I just got a self recording video interview request and wanted to understand the process and difficulty level of the questions. Thanks!
