This company is a decent stepping stone.

Cons

Simplenight has an ignorant management. I think most of our managers here are clueless about just how time-consuming and exhausting our jobs are. Employees here are never appreciated, and we mostly receive terrible treatment from our demanding but unsupportive management.

It is a global technology company that's focused on building innovative enterprise solutions, including customizable bookability, cloud-based distribution, dynamic packaging, and merchandising.

Cons

Upper management here is horrible. It consists of some awful people who make poor decisions, create stressful situations, and then blame an innocent employee. Their scary attitude means that more and more employees feel insecure and leave quickly. I was one of them. I left because I feared being the next scapegoat.

Discounts and small incentives for the top sellers, but that's about all you get.

Cons

The pay was miserable, and the people in charge thrived on stirring conflict among the staff. It was a hostile place where teamwork didn't exist everyone was forced to compete just to stay afloat. The atmosphere drained every ounce of motivation, and every day felt like a fight to make it through.
