I have been working at SimpliVity

    Pros

SimpliVity is radically changing how companies manage and operate the IT infrastructure - the best thing about this job is to see the reaction of an end-user after a demonstration. I've been here almost a year and it's been quite the ride. Everyone has been extremely helpful, collaborative, and focused. I came over here from a very large OEM and have absolutely no regrets. If you are looking for the next thing that's going to change IT infrastructure, this is it.

    Cons

I wouldn't say it's a "con" - but as a young, emerging company that's growing exponentially, you may experience some "growth pains." The best thing is everyone works together to get what needs to be done and ensure we go over and beyond for our customers.

I have been working at SimpliVity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Incredible pace of growth and execution excellence. Great place to learn a lot in a very short amount of time. Working with highly motivated and skilled people is a joy. The leadership team truly values the feedback they receive from their employees and make changes when necessary.

    Cons

Work life balance can sometimes be an issue because of the fast paced growth and the expectations. You need to adapt otherwise you will not be successful.

I have been working at SimpliVity full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company knows what it wants to be. Product is a breeze to position and when customers understand the power of what they're getting, they love it. Management are sensible and trust employees to make improvements to process as they see fit.

    Cons

Early stages at the company so processes either don't exist, or are broken as we're scaling. This can be distracting but it's probably the reason you join a startup...
