    I have been working at Simplyhealth full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    The business strategy is clear and is moving in the right direction considering the change in the working environment and market.
    The people are all supportive, which is needed for growth

    Cons

    Some big changes took place to change the strategy and some employees don't adapt well to change which can affect overall morale

    Advice to Management

    Be more visible - spend time with grass roots employees to get to know their issues

    I worked at Simplyhealth as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Everyone is helpful, the company is all about the customers not sale, sale, sale. They are bothered about there customers and staff. Very easy going.

    Cons

    Too many slackers are employed and wont let them go. Does not reward those who achieve the best. Does not continue to employ the best if on temp contracts.

    Advice to Management

    Great policies and a great company to work for but shouldn't let go of best employees
