    Pros

    Decent Company that pays pretty well but you will earn every cent. Corporate Managers are Long Term employees and stable

    Cons

    Benefits have diminished greatly over the last 15 years and some branches are controlled by the Old Guard and if you don't go along with them, YOU will be the next person out the door.

    They really care about their employees and do everything they can to take care of them.

    Long hours are hard to keep up with sometimes, but there really isn’t any cons.
