    Frieny co-workers, easy clients, not much overtime

    Cons

    Low salary compared to others. No system for promotion or evaluation of employees. No training.

    The clients they have are large in size.

    Cons

    Salary is way below industry average. It is run more like a family business than a regular decent CPA firm. Turnover rate have been quite high.

    Advice to Management

    Hope you will provide more training to your employees and pay them a lot more.

    Hours flexible, friendly coworkers, managers willing to help and understanding, good learning experience, work not too demanding, travel not too bad

    Cons

    Low pay, no benefits, no training, lack of support from upper management, tight budgets, no supervisory review bc managers seemed over worked and underpaid

    Recognition for dedicated, hardworking employees, from managers, seniors to staff
