    Pros

The time clock has a 7 minute grace period.

Management is verbally abusive and likes to pit employees against one another. The CEO will never address your complaints and they are highly racist. I've seen African Americans discriminated against against and filed complaints on their behalfs. Nothing changed.

    Stop being selfish!

Hospital setting, meet some nice people, the location is ideal.

    Cons

Retention rate, poor give management, minimal to no managerial presence, unorganized,

    Advice to Management

give cross training to employees and have managers be competent in all area. The managers need training on how to manage effectively and should know how to work all systems despite there level. Managers need to be more professional and address employees directly rather than having other employee relay a message.
