Full time hours decent pay
There is no room for growth with this company. The training is bad and the job duties wind up being more than you signed up for when you initially interview with them. The manager has unrealistic expectations for the receptionist (they expect you to hit certain numbers and quotas for the week on top of your receptionist and administrative tasks. There is a lot of pressure with this job and there is high turnover.
Advice to Management
If your turn over is high than it's probably not the fault of the employees quitting its you
