    I worked at Singapore Polytechnic full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    staff benefits quite alright appraisal system which is mostly clear to all, with briefing of the system and grades are made known. Things change fast to keep abreast with student population warm working environment with nice coworkers

    Cons

    Can be bureaucratic at times. After all it is a stat board. Flexible working hours is more or less fixed time slots. not exactly flexible.

    Advice to Management

    management can learn to listen more to opinions provided by executive and support officer. Changes sometimes goes too fast without deep planning, which may result to unnecessary waste

    I have been working at Singapore Polytechnic part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good working environment, flexible schedule, general creative freedom in lesson implementation, efforts to integrate new technologies, good relationships with immediate upper management

    Cons

    Some level of bureaucracy and accompnying difficulties, as well as resistance to changing systems, particularly those involving technology
