    Pros

Prestige of working for the top telco in Singapore.

    Cons

Revise pay package for goodness sake. Salary is way too low. Paid fresh grad from NUS (2014) with honours only 2.9k. Some others who worked there for 2 years only had a meagre $30 increment. Pathetic.

Unreasonable boss who did not distribute work fairly. Talked about how budget is tight yet she can keep hiring people who are on facebook and youtube constantly. only a few people were working hard, and these were the people who were paid poorly with lacklustre bonus. Honestly, advice to talented graduates out there, don't go to ST. They do not treasure their staff. Waste of time.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

    Nice and friendly colleagues.
Have flexible family leave and study leave.

    Cons

Terrible managers. Some have really bad attitude and do not have the standard of a FM as compared to companies outside. Can't guide at all.
Moreover, they are paid alot more than the assistants and executives but do not do their jobs. Most of them just forward their work to others to do it for them.

    Advice to Management

Hire productive and experienced managers. Instead of auditors who can't even do basic double entries.look at the high turnover rate.

I have been working at Singtel full-time

    Pros

Ideal place for people looking for a routine job with low skill level, although the total number of hours and efforts required on boring jobs should not be underestimated

    Cons

No career progression, little salary incremental even with good performance review; little freedom and decision making power at working level.
Excessive amount of admin/paper work, just for reporting and to justify the value for individuals and teams, departments
