I have been working at Singtel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good learning ground for newbies. Get exposure to a lot of things.

    Cons

Overwork and rework is Business As Usual... simply because you have to do a lot of things yourself, with limited or no guidance from the bosses. Fire fight and solve short term issues rather than think long term.

    Advice to Management

Focusing on Financial health, profitability year on year may not be sustainable. Some Singtel departments work at high load all year round. People leave and knowledge is not retained.
