    I worked at Sinovision full-time

    Pros

Coworkers are nice and friendly. We complained about the company together a lot.

    Cons

I work at Sinovision for two years. The company takes advantage of employees because they need their sponsorship for the H1-B visa. Employees are not slaves and they have our dignity. Most employees having a salary of 2000 USD, but managers ask them to work long hours. Company structure is always changing. People get promoted because they speak nice to the founder or being pretty. Managers don't know what they are doing and the founder of the company doesn't care about it.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage and lead a team. Learn something about journalism and news reporting rather than fooling around.

Organization can be improved but then again when is that not the case. For people who aren't full time it can take a while for you to get added to their system and get compensated.

    Cons

No respect to labor law. Overtime working without any stipend. The lowest hourly salary in the industry and the highest workload in the industry. The boss is so greedy that he will squeeze every penny from the employee.
No career development. There will be no promotion unless you know the boss.
