    I have been working at Sirius Computer Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible work environment with strong focus in building relationships with manufacturers products that work with good support.

    Cons

    Inner company communication and backend process is broken. Sales and technical engineering teams do not communicate. 4 tear sales model does not work in all markets. Relationships with customers is diminishing with the length of time for quotes and inaccuracy.

    Little collaboration on opportunities between product specialists and delivery engineering. Work ethic can be improved in offices to work as a team instead individually.
