    Pros

    The company is really flexible with your needs, schedule and has many different channels you can work on. There is always someone who can teach you something to improve your career. Most of the people who work there are extremely friendly and have been in similar situations to whatever you find yourself in, so there is always a helpful hand there for you.

    Cons

    Its radio and it is cliche to say, but the pay isn't the best. However, while the base salary may not be the best, they offer amazing incentives if you are a competent worker.

    Pros

    You Get dress the way you want everyday so if it's jeans and sneakers no problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Cons

    10 to 7 shift seems cool but remember it's a mid day shift. So you have to want until the weekend to get personal business took care of.

    Flexible schedules, easy going environment, soda, pretzels

    Cons

    Pay scale is below average, lack of drive and creativity due to miss communication, management, and low pay.

    Had an amazing boss and met amazing people.

    Company is old. Not innovative. Lacks company culture, and no proper place to eat lunch or to engage with other employees.

    Pros

    Get to work with cutting edge technologies. Nice status from working for a well known and loved brand. CEO stresses moral behavior by employees. Pursuing sound long-term strategies which are effectively communicated to the entire workforce.

    Cons

    Most middle managers have a traditional corporate mindset. Purchasing is bureaucratic and slow. Spending on software development tooling is inadequate.

    Advice to Management

    Traditional corporations are going broke. We need to become more lean and agile. Biggest hinderance to this happening is middle management.

    Pros

    Dresscode is pretty lax.
    Health benefits are good.
    3 weeks vacation, work from home when needed, paid holidays.
    Free drinks from vending machines.

    Cons

    Poor management all around.
    Pay is ok.
    Departments always quabling.
    Incredibly outdated software systems.
    Cultural mentality that can't or won't progress.

    Advice to Management

    Make yourself available to all of your employees and not just your favorites. You are in management, try doing some managing of your people. Do ACTUAL employee reviews that go about setting up goals!

    Pros

    Large, successful company that offers relatively competitive salaries, good benefits, and a somewhat casual work environment. Depending on what department you're in, the fact that it's in the entertainment industry can add perks.

    Cons

    The business is way more complicated than it needs to be. It's difficult to get things done and many departments only care about their slice of the pie, sometimes to the detriment of the company overall.

    Upper management needs to listen to the employees instead of ignoring them. Makes it hard to do your job.
