    I have been working at Sisecam full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great brand value makes easy to work with customers and suppliers. Benefits are good. Opportunities for education from good companies.

    Cons

    Very very stable company with no career plans. Once you get a title its yours forever. Grading and rewarding system is not working properly. When if you work hard or not you will take approximate grade for your next raise. Taxes are high in TURKEY raises are not enough.

    Advice to Management

    HR department is a disaster. No career plans. Workers use this company as a step to better companies. You are loosing your passionate workers by ignoring and not delegating them.

    Big company, average benefits, stable structure

    very poor performance evaluation, poor integrity, poor compliance, poor humility, poor fulfillment, average salary, very poor career planning

    integrity must be set, career planning is a no-no

    Reliable, responsible, consistent company. Not having chance to lose the job.

    Lack of competition, ordinary work environment full of bored employees.

    To measure personal performances both with positive and personal parameters which is never done in company

    Pros

    -large organisation
    -several opportunities at junior to mid management levels
    -generally relaxed working environment.
    -Generally job security for mid-junior level employees

    Cons

    -Unless connected to the main shareholder işbank you will not get very far in your career
    -Rules and regulations do not apply to everyone equally
    -pay will never be above average.
    -they will lock your computer and block your mail when they let you go without prior notice
    -though it is a corporation with long history culture has eroded in the last years.
    -several lawsuits has been lost by the company for employee firings and related compensations

    Advice to Management

    Employer must appraciate the years of work by the employees and must part with them by compensating fully and generously.Several lawsuits has been lost by the company beause of unjust firings.
