    Pros

    The people have always been great. There is a lot to learn in the BPO world. You will get that education with Sitel.

    Cons

    There is new ownership and there is a new direction over the past year. I have seen sites close down that were very successful. Decisions are not making since. The pay is not necessarily at the industry standard.

    Advice to Management

    Understand that your most important commodity in this industry is your people. Until you treat them like they are vital for your success, beyond a marketing campaign, then you will struggle. There are smart people within the organization. Find them and listen to them before it is too late.

    Was full time. Pay increase up to 16 an Hr. Sometimes willing to work with you.

    Horrible management. Very ghetto employees

    I worked at Sitel part-time

    Pros

    They supply all equipment except the computer monitor. You only need internet.

    Cons

    The Starbucks Customers are crazy and will lie for coffee and credits.

    Advice to Management

    Better prep for the anxiety the customers will cause u too have. U should offer debriefing once a week to vent.
