    I have been working at Sitel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    • Pretty good pay if you're in the right area.

    • You can work up to 12 hours a day if you want.

     • You can and probably will get hired

      • literally in 3 days at 10 dollars an hour, you are bound to make about 200 dollars.

    Cons

    • Some of the people can be pretty rude! I haven't been in contact with a rude higher up, but some of my co-workers are pretty self-entitled.

    Advice to Management

    I personally think that you guys are doing a good job in the lake city area!

    Virtual W@H is definitely a huge PRO
    Pay is decent where I live
    Plenty of opportunities to make bonuses
     You get awarded when you're at work and doing your job

    Cons

    Sometimes you feel pressured to make sales

    Pros

    Intense customer focus, no time limits on calls.

    Cons

    Constant change in sitting arrangements. Sometimes it's first come, first serve, sometimes it's assigned seating.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more coaches from within the campaign. Bringing in outsiders does not work.
