    Work from home Paid Training

    Cons

    The client tools during training don't work. The training is for three weeks. You have to learn so many software (4) No accountability. My paycheck is missing actually it's a Sitel payroll problem- I'm not the only employee who check is in limbo. They promise the issue will be resolved and they wired checks out. That's four days ago and I still don't have a check and it's Xmas Eve .. Lack of empathy from HR because this issue should have been resolved

    Flexible, easy to get hired, work at home

    Cons

    Pay, no room for advancement, poor communication within teams, hours can be cut at any time

    Pay shouldn't be capped for a fortune 500 company. This is why retention is so high

    Working from home is great

    Cons

    My family and I were in a house fire and lost everything. I notified my supervisor and they gabe me time off because at this point we were homeless. 1 month later I got a notice where Sitel filed a $2500 small claims toward me for not returning a USB. I was told I would get something in the mail to send it back and never did. I had my mail held at the post office and checked on it everyday and nothing.

    Advice to Management

    You need to have more empathy when an employee is going through something as life changing as losing everything they ever had. You were more concerned aboht a USB than my life.
