    I worked at Sitex full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Family owned and operated. Great work crew, I enjoyed the environment of working with the team.

    Cons

    Have a "Hired Gun" doing what he wants and not getting results. Job security very low at all levels of consideration. Ownership needs to work as hard daily as employees to get expected results.

    Advice to Management

    Leadership must change to secure the future for the company. Current GM is not the guy for the job. Change the hiarchy of the company to reflect Ownership, VP's and DM's. Allow for more training of front line reps.

    Enjoy the family owned & operated over 50 years.

    Cons

    Most of the time, it's not a quick close, due to clients are signed a contract with a competitor for up to 60 months.

    family company need to get rid of some superviors

    never live up to customer satisfaction

    Pros

    It's a paycheck and there is a good bond in the warehouse.

    Cons

    Unable to take family members to the hospital for emergencies Even if you finish the route anyway.

    If you are lucky enough to have a good route it is not a bad job.

    Cons

    Insurance, communication, Management, can not call out if sick

    Better communication and be more respectful of employees

    need stronger sales management
