    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Six Flags (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun, outdoors, you meet all kinds of people, great perks

    Cons

Open in the summer so it's hot, really large park so it's easy to get lost if you don't know exactly where you are, long hours

    Advice to Management

    Stools for cashiers/employees in general

    Pros

You get to see the behind-the-scenes action at an amusement park. This job can be fun if you make it fun.

    Cons

Most of the stores are not air-conditioned. The heat is unbearable. Oftentimes it would be hotter inside the store than outside...and this is in the middle of July.

    Advice to Management

I think you do a great job leading as many different people as you do. I know it's a big department and it's hard to know everyone personally.
