Work/life spread can be a challenge if you do not plan for it in advance.

    Star Star Star Star Star
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Great management and co-workers. Exhausting but also fun and plenty of great benefits. There is usually always an option for extra hours and scheduling wasn't a problem in my department. Everyone was given equal hours based on their availability.

    Cons

Uniforms had to be issued by Six Flags, which means they usually don't have the right fit.

I worked at Six Flags part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Experience. Experience. Experience. This is not your traditional LP job. We actually conduct investigations and interviews. The manager is very experienced and knowledgeable.

    Cons

Not respected and pay is low. Other departments don't care about losses or how they treat support departments. Pay is still $3-4 lower than others despite doing more.

    Advice to Management

    Raise wages and grow up.

I have been working at Six Flags part-time

    Pros

I loved working at white waters. It was a new environment for me. Seeing new faces was great. I worked at carts.

    Cons

The only cons would be it was very hot during the summer. If you didn't work inside it would be extremely hot. And also it was packed
