    Cons

    Advice to Management

To the true management, I'll suggest looking into the people that you put in charge of the things you don't directly oversee. You might find something.

I have been working at Six Flags part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great place to work for a summer job. Teachers are especially recommended to apply. Hours are great and flexibility is a plus. Great season benefits, etc.

    Cons

Pay isn't the best. Have to work without a lot of young people (14-15 year olds) and it can be hot during the summer.

I worked at Six Flags part-time

    Pros

Interacting with people helping them get to where they needed to be solving their problems just being overall helpful

    Cons

Not really any cons just the heat from being outside but I guess that depends on what kind of person you are or how active you are

I have been working at Six Flags part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free admittance, for employees discontinued food.

    Cons

Blatant lack of training, uncaring demanding supervisors, punitive atmosphere, inflexible scheduling, unlivable wages, brutal working conditions. This especially scary considering the safety aspects inherent in an amusement park.

    Advice to Management

Get real. You get what you sow. Treat employees with dignity respect and trust, pay a decent salary and make training effective.

I worked at Six Flags full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting people and you get free access to all of the parks which is nice when you want to be able to do that.

    Cons

Interesting people and methods. Makes sense since it's so large but they really don't care too much about you as a person.

    Advice to Management

    Need more effective organizational skills
