    Pros

This company was small and I had a good experience with them.

    Cons

Some people didn't have as great of an experience as I did.

    I worked at Six3 Systems full-time

    Pros

Paperwork and HR was a breeze

    Cons

Once deployed they messed up on paperwork, and it took an act of God to have them correct the issues. In short, we were able to renegotiate a salary.

    Pros

    Good Pay and Benefits Package

    Cons

After reading all the reviews - get the hint already. Professional standpoint: Poor management. Bottom Dollar company, people are replaceable. Don't get comfortable in your position. Extremely High Attrition Rate!

    Advice to Management

Management doesn't even feel comfortable in their positions and are micromanaged. Not a team environment - just a scripted organization. Ideas are muted. People not encouraged or empowered. Don't know what it's going to take to revamp this inexperienced crew and management schemes.

I worked at Six3 Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary was initially high, and the job paid the bills. The recruiting process is quick and easy as long as you know someone on the inside.

    Cons

The company is very much only concerned with making a profit. Employee morale is a very distant second to ensuring you are making them money, and they don't have a problem slashing salaries to win a contract. If you get hired on at a high salary, they will eventually fire you under a "termination without cause" clause in order to gain back your salary as profit and hire someone with subpar qualifications at a lower rate. Management only cares about you of you're one of the lifelong members of a particular community. Everyone else is an outsider there to serve a purpose before being cut loose.

    Advice to Management

Learn about proper management techniques and value the experience you hire, not just the people you know from 20 years ago.

I worked at Six3 Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

HR transactions are handled quickly with little stress. Hardly deal with employees because I was based at a client site. State side pay was pretty good for the area.

    Cons

You are really just a body in the contracting world. Deployed pay was less than competitive for work load.

    Pros

Above average compensation (at the time)

    Cons

Machiavellian environment; sabotage was tolerated if not encouraged by management. Client suffered.

    Advice to Management

Everyone needs to work for the common good.

I have been working at Six3 Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Compensation (under the BITS Division) is nigh unbeatable for the market. If you work hard for the company, the company works hard to keep you here. It's a casual environment where you work hard and play hard with a great atmosphere.

    Cons

The biggest hurdles working here are generally procedural requirements passed down by the customer. Sometimes they can be mitigated but it is often unavoidable.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing to keep all the best employees!
