    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Good work environment, it has a nice working area, it was located locally to my area of residence and had many nice coworkers to work with.

    Cons

The salary was not competitive regarding other banks within the same field of work. It was not easy to climb the ladder in the company because your advancement within the company is very slow.

    Advice to Management

Give their employees more competitive salaries, more posibilites, and a more variable working day, instead of being sat to to excactly the same tasks every day

    Pros

    Very competitive workplace
    Like-minded co-workers
Acquire tons of knowledge on financial products
    Good salary
    Great coaches
    Coffee machine

    Cons

Not a lot of teambuilding outside the office. Would be great to get to bond with the wonderful employees outside of work, or perhaps have a night per year where there is a staff night or such. Nothing else really

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. I highly enjoyed my time there, great associates and environment. Would be good with more moving around within the different financial areas at first, so employees see opportunities elsewhere within the organization, think Spring Week

    Pros

Pretty small office so if you want to connect with the big birds it is quite convenient. New office in stockholm

    Cons

They dont seem to appreciate talent in the company and dont have any real career paths for the employees so you dont know how to advance.

    Advice to Management

Take advantage of the competence that exist in the company. Many people dont have the opportunity to prove their skills
