I worked at Skanska full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Your paycheck is good. Will not bounce (over-draft). Room for advancement you grow, learn at your pace, to include cross train into a different field of work.

    Cons

Long hours 12 hour shifts hard work and you must preform what you promised. No bull-shit if you say you can do it you better be able to do it. Not for lazy people.

    Advice to Management

More safety training i.e. let each person/group help in presenting and planning of the safety meetings.
